In the season finale, seven cash-hungry contestants arrived at the estate and were led to the attic for their first challenge. The space was filled with cobwebs, dust and tarantulas as well as thousands of dollars of hidden cash. There was also an urn inside the room that was worth an extra $1,000, but luck wasn't on the side of the players. Thinking that he was savvier than the other contestants, Milo incorrectly picked up a flower vase instead of the prized urn. In the end Tennille was trapped in the attic and Ruby was sent home after earning only $47.

The second challenge took place in the trophy room. All seemed normal until brown, disgusting water began spewing from holes in the walls and ceilings. Steve also instructed the players to find a hidden angel in the room for the advantage of earning a 10-second early start in the third challenge. Emotions ran high in the flooding space when JoAnn, Milo and Chris all started arguing over a set of keys that could unlock boxes full of money in the room. And while they all bickered and Chris threatened to throw a snake on JoAnn, Janet was busy filling her pockets with wads of cash. During the elimination, Steve lied and said JoAnn and Janet were the bottom two contestants but Chris was the one surprisingly sent home.

The last challenge took place in the estate graveyard where challengers had to jump into graves, rummage through coffins and slink through mausoleums to find cash. They also had to fish through mud laced with maggots and crabs. But the gravesite wasn't the only thing that was dirty. After Milo helped JoAnn open the lid to an extremely heavy coffin, he jumped inside to get the cash at the bottom and she locked him inside. When it was time for the final judging, though, karma reared its head and JoAnn was sent home.

In the vault, Milo was able to untangle himself from the folds of a straightjacket, find an extra $1,800 and make it out of the room before time ran out. He ultimately left the estate as a winner of $26,095.
